My Soul Rejoice and Sing

There are times, unfortunately more often than healthy, that I feel so calloused, so distant from God, that I am confident I don't belong to Him. I think "there's no way I could be this indifferent toward sin, indifferent toward the furthering of the Kingdom, and God have favor on me." The other day I was definitely feeling this and needed to be rescued from it. Then, I heard this song which was like medicine to a sick soul. I couldn't help but get teary eyed, and then couldn't help but smile. That girl's joyful laugh in the background......what an appropriate response after hearing that chorus!
